About Me

Growing up, I was obsessed with sport. Football and athletics took up most of my childhood, playing in tournaments across Europe and competing nationally in the 100m and 200m. Eventually I had to choose one path, and I chose football for the team spirit and camaraderie that came with it. It stayed a hobby I loved, but I always knew it was never going to be a career.

In my twenties I took off around Europe in a van for six months, trying to figure out what I actually wanted to do with my life. With nothing but a gas hob and whatever I could find in local supermarkets, I got creative fast. That trip sparked a genuine love for food, and by the time I came home, I knew I wanted to understand it properly.

I spent four years studying Nutrition at Plymouth University, learning everything from food choices and sports nutrition to the many factors that shape what we eat and why. While studying, I was also training hard, mostly trying to shake off being "the skinny kid" and build muscle, often with more enthusiasm than actual knowledge about what I was eating.

It was during university that triathlon caught my attention, and everything changed. I became fascinated by how the body performs across long endurance events, and just how much correct fuelling mattered. That shift in focus, from simply eating to fuelling for performance, reshaped how I thought about nutrition completely.

After graduating, I started competing in triathlons myself and fell in love with the sport straight away. HuntHealthCoach was born from that journey. I created it to help athletes fuel with confidence and understand how their body composition shifts through different training phases. I also built it for everyday people who want real results without rigid meal plans or macro obsession, just a genuine understanding of the food they choose and why.

“UNDERSTANDING YOUR FOOD IS THE FOUNDATION TO EVERYTHING ELSE.”
